Mr. Myers obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1978 from the University of California, Berkeley and thereafter obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1981. He was formerly a partner with the Sacramento law firm of Donahue, Wood, Loving, Myers and Vogel for ten years specializing in insurance defense litigation, trying numerous cases.
Mr. Myers serves as a judicially appointed arbitrator in Sacramento, Yolo, Placer and El Dorado Counties, and has served for many years as a settlement conference Judge Pro Tem in Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado Counties. Mr. Myers is also an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
